
We have a full time Office Administrator, Marsha Clarke (who is also Jack’s wife). Marsha has extensive experience in office management and procedures.
She is responsible for numerous tasks in assisting our sellers and buyers. While her role is varied the following outlines some of her duties:
Sellers:
- Inputs listing information onto the Calgary Real Estate Board’s MLS computer system
- Prepares feature sheets for property
- Provides a weekly Marketing Service Report which provides feedback from showings and services completed
Buyers:
- Attends buyer interview and identifies all properties that are on the MLS computer system that fit your parameters
- Establishes and monitors an ongoing search program for all new listings that match your criteria. These properties are then automatically e-mailed to you to ensure you are aware of potential homes as soon as they come to the market.
After the successful sale or purchase of your home, Marsha uses a specialized Real Estate software program to ensure all conditions are diarized, necessary paperwork is provided to our conveyancing department, Listing/Selling Realtor and provides you with a copy of the relevant paperwork.
