Tuesday, January 3, 2012 - Housing prices to increase in 2012

Those waiting to for real estate prices to drop in 2012 may be waiting in vain according to Richard Cho of Canada Mortgage and Housing.  Cho suggests that prices in both the new and resale home markets will increase but not by much.  Full article here:
